Ellen – Industrial Design Engineer
I design industrial vehicles and do the necessary calculations. I enjoy my job: it’s challenging and varied, the coaches are often highly custom-made for the customer, and as a designer I am closely involved in the production. Thanks to the flexible hours arrangement, I have a good work/life balance, and the bicycle allowance is a nice extra on my payslip.

Stijn – CAD Designer
I am responsible for a design from the study until the moment the customer leaves with his coach. It’s a very independent role, but here you can always rely on your team-mates, who are happy to make time to guide you. The drawing work isn’t purely practical either, which keeps it challenging. I really like the balance between technical and creative thinking.
